Tobinder Talent president and owner Andy Binder has worked in the entertainment industry for over a decade. While attending college at the State University of New York College at Geneseo, he was responsible for bringing major acts to the campus and community including: Matchbox Twenty, Rusted Root, Wyclef Jean, Smashmouth, 3 Doors Down, Nelly, and the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. Following college, Binder worked at major concerts with tour management from some of the largest acts around today. These include: Dave Matthews Band, Justin Timberlake, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, John Mayer, U2, Billy Joel, Elton John, Toby Keith, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and more.

In 2004, Binder brought together his knowledge and experience of the entertainment industry to create Tobinder Talent Booking, LLC. Tobinder has evolved to be the lead representation for MTV Real World stars.
